Terms and conditions

The reception desk is open from 8am to 8pm (high season) or from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm (low season).

ACCOMMODATION
1. Bookings can be made by mail, fax or email. Your booking request will be registered immediately and you will be sent a booking contract; the completed contract needs to be returned to us with a 30% deposit of the total fee.
2. As soon as we have received and accepted your contract and deposit, we will send you a firm and final confirmation.
3. Rental is for the specified dates which may only be changed within the limits of availability.
4. Only checks, bank transfers, credit cards (during the high season) or cash are accepted for payment.
5. Cancellation terms : Cancellation will be effective after reception of a fax or signed post. If reservation is cancelled 1 month and more prior to check-in date, you will be refunded in full after deducting a 50€ booking fee. If reservation is cancelled less than 1 month prior to check-in date, there will be no refund. The deposit and booking fee won't be paid back. Any delay greater than 24 hours will result in the automatic cancellation of contract and deposit will, in that case, be retained by way of compensation.
6. Arrival is from 4 p.m. on the 1st day of rental and departure is before 9 a.m. on the last day of rental.
7. From 25/06 till 17/09, bookings can only be taken from Saturday to Saturday. Late arrivals are possible up to 10 p.m.. In this case the reception must be informed by telephone before 6 p.m.
8. Water, electricity, gas and access to the playground and animations are included in your rental price. All our accommodations are connected to the sewerage system. Each mobile home is equipped with a terrace, a complete inventory and garden furniture.
9. A deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to the client after the mobile home and inventory have been checked at departure and the entrance badge has been returned. The mobile home must be returned in the identical state of cleanliness as on arrival and the refrigerator must be defrosted. If necessary, a charge of 100 euros will be retained for cleaning.
10. The capacity of each mobile home (4 or 6 people) is fixed because of insurance purposes and security. No additional people will be accepted (even babies or very young children).
11. Tents are strictly prohibited on the mobile home emplacements.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Only the persons whose names are stated on the booking contract will be allowed on the site. Any changes will have to be authorized by the camp site management team.

2. Upon arrival people should present themselves at reception in order to carry out general formalities. (Payment of the rental balance and tourist tax, reception wristband). All dues will have to be paid on arrival, including the deposit.
3. No one will have access to the site without registration and authorization. The management team reserves the right to limit the number of visitors. Visitors must leave the campsite before 11pm.
4. Prices do not include the tourist tax.
5. For safety reasons the number of vehicles is limited : Additional cars as well as boat trailers will have to be parked on the outside unsupervised car park.
6. Every client must comply with the internal camp site rules and each tenant must have personal civil liability insurance.
7. Any dispute arising will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
8. The mobile homes will be allotted without distinction in the order of recording the reservations. The management reserves the right to modify the allotted mobil home upon arrival.
9. Big sized pets are not accepted. All authorized animals must have a valid health certificate upon arrival. Dangerous dogs are strictly prohibited.
10. Gas bottles will not be changed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
11. Bank transfer fees remain the responsibility of the client.
12. All registered clients must wear the camp site wristband during their full stay.
13. In accordance with legislation, shorts are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool and only bathing suits are authorized.
PICTURE AUTHORIZATION : Unless mentioned on arrival, pictures of you and your family might be taken during your stay and used for advertising purpose.
